Use of the service
CareCentral E-Learning is provided to care providers and their authorised staff. The full terms will set out acceptable use and account responsibilities.
Plans and credits
Unlimited plans are provided on a 12-month agreement and training credits on a pay-as-you-go basis. The full terms will cover pricing, payment, renewal and cancellation.
Accounts and access
Learner access is provisioned by CareCentral and managed by each provider. The full terms will cover account security and the responsibilities of account holders.
Availability and changes
The full terms will describe service availability, support, and how changes to the course catalogue and to these terms will be communicated.
